Love all the great place to raise a family talk. Also, good to hear basically all positive press. No good riddance. No Mrs. McCaffery bashing. Really hope it works out.

I like this hire. A good fit for both sides. If he is successful at Iowa, the "destination" talk is intriguing as he could be Iowa's coach for some time. If he has young kids, this may be his last move to keep them in a stable environment instead of moving around. So, Iowa may actually not be a stepping stone per se. I could see a potential move to South Bend, though, as this may be his dream job.
