College Gameday Iowa flag

Watching College gameday this morning, and behind Kirk's head, I kept seeing a black and gold Iowa flag waving in the background, representing his school. Who did that/ is doing that. I know someone here has to know who that is!!

Go hawks, Beat UNI, but let's hope Donatell doesn't get beat deep... again.

The Iowa flag and the Washington State flag show up at every college gameday location. Kind of a tradition to "find" them while watching gameday.
