We need a rules clarification, Jumper.

If you allow somebody to edit/change their pick, could they choose another team that hasn't kicked-off yet? When are the picks locked-in?

You can change your pick up to the time that your pick has kicked off. If the team you pick has already kicked off, you are not allowed to change to a different team. If the team you pick has not yet kicked off, you may change your pick, but you need to change it to a team that has not yet kicked off.
