Chris Hassel from WHO13 is on Murph and Andy right now and he said Coker is in a sling but no info on it, and that Kirk would not address Wegher today but will address the media on Saturday during kids day.

Just need to get the "he who shall not be named" stuff over with so it doesn't become a distraction to the team.
Hopefully they have already dealt with it internally.

Don't all the QB's wear red? So one of the defensive linemen doesn't accidentally hit the QB?

Healed for normal day to day activities is one thing, healed enough to take the punishment of 4 months of full contact football, that's another story.

They heal fast but this will preclude him from playing this year I'd bet.

Right now there are at least 3-5 RB's that can take carries - Hampton, A-Rob, Paki, Rogers, and maybe Wegher. I figured Coker was RS'ing this year anyhow. This just makes that decision easier and spaces the players out a little better.

Well - Michael Floyd at ND did that last year missed 4 games.....still balled it up on the field.
So I would say Coker will be back to practice by no later than Sept. 20th
