I think most fans would agree that overall philosophies (balanced attack on offense and overall conservative approach) will not change as long as Kirk is calling the shots but I would at least like to see some of the following changes:
Play more nickel and dime coverages and avoid having LB's matched up on WR's
Throw some blitzes when blitzes are not expected
If you have more than a minute and timeouts left before the half or at the end of a game, call some aggresive plays to try to score
Learn what clock mangagement means
If a particular facet of the offense is working - stick with it (ie: if your running back has 250 yards rushing - keep rushing the ball inside the 20 - or if your QB is kicking butt running the no huddle - keep running the no huddle
The talent on the field ultimately determines the W's and L's, but I think most fans are tired of seeing the same old conservative tactics resulting in average results.
