On one hand we know what you're getting from a coaching staff that's had success, on the other side if you get complacent and stop looking for ways to improve be it recruiting, scheme or improving the organization that's a bad thing. Not being in a bowl game should give our coach's time to self-evaluate our schemes, really focus on recruiting and look at organizational changes. I thought we might get some new ideas, energy from the Ferentz, Woods and Davis hires, it doesn't appear much has change. I hope Coach Ferentz will use this off season to re-invent the program!
