So...it could just be the algorithm feeding me what I want.

Saw an article after the first game how fans loved his attitude on the court...whatever that means.

Saw him with the team at Big Noon.

Ive seen tweets and now the clip of last night's press conference. "Coach, what's on tap for this week, what's next?"

Awfully nice to see an Iowa men's basketball coach engaging with the University community/fans/etc. outside of Carver Hawkeye. Haven't seen that in awhile.

BM is a smart person. He knows what didn’t work under Fran. Fran’s lack of engagement with the fanbase was an issue. Not calling BM a fake or a phony, but he understands that he has to be more of a cheerleader for the basketball program. This isn’t the 80(s) and 90(s) anymore, where you could roll a basketball out, and everyone automatically cared.
