How many years did he put in as a drill sargeant prior to joining the Iowa staff?
Looks pretty intense to me.....
 
Have you seen the videos of him at practice? There's no way any DL doesn't absolutely give it everything they have w/ him as their coach. Intense doesn't begin to describe Coach K. And I understand that may sound a bit hokey, but his intensity and fire is incredible. He's a complete taskmaster and doesn't let players get away w/ anything. I'm honestly shocked to see him so calm and collected off the field. I hope he's another assistant that stays a very, very long time.

The links above are fairly tame compared to the one I remember last season. You can still tell he doesn't hold back, though, in particular when it comes to Carl Davis...I think largely b/c they see how much potential he as.
