I wasn't being sarcastic. I really meant it. I truly do think the average couch fan knows more than our staff when it comes to clock management.
 
I'm glad this thread was here...saves me the trouble of having to start a new one. Absolutely pathetic time management. Luckily we held our timeouts and didn't use them!
