Yuck. And now we have to sit on that loss for a week. There is still a path to Championship. Let's try and get back on it next week and hope for upsets during our week off. 4 games remaining for 7 more eliminations. None of the below scenarios are likely, but they do illustrate that many of the contenders with 4 and 5 losses will beat up on each other as we sit and watch.

- Iowa (11-3) can eliminate Ohio State (9-5) with a win vs. Wisconsin Feb. 24 AND 2 Ohio State losses @ Nebraska Feb. 20 and vs. Michigan State Feb. 23
- Iowa (11-3) can eliminate Michigan (9-5) with a win vs. Wisconsin Feb. 24 AND 2 Michigan losses @ Maryland Feb. 21 and vs. Northwestern Feb. 24

Magic Number to win BIG regular season championship outright over Maryland and Indiana remains at 5​.

We can still win the conference we just need to win out. The likelihood of Maryland also winning out is small. Road wins against Michigan and Ohio State and home wins against Indiana and Wisconsin would be huge boosts to our resume.
