If any of you have Igrappler on your Iphone you can pick your fantasy wrestling team for this tournament. I picked mine last night! :)
 




I would love to get that APP but it's so freakin' expensive. Literally the most expensive app i'd own if i bought it.
 






There's been debate about Steiber winning the 125lb bracket. I don't see a true freshman beating Robles and I'm already tired of hearing about Steiber...and PSU. I'd much rather see results on the mat than brag about stuff that hasn't happened yet. I guess this is how others feel about Iowa, but Iowa has a long history of excellence to establish bragging rights.
 


psu is really hyped right now and steiber is the real deal...i think steiber will win as well ive watched him wrestle as a little kid and a high schooler an he is far ahead of many freshman...hate to say it but psu is the real deal

I agree that they're good, I'm just tired of hearing about it. They haven't won anything yet and Brands will have the Hawks ready on 30 January. Also, I think McD will do just fine when Iowa faces OSU.

How does that work? don't you have to be part of a league? Also what year are of igrappler are you doing? i think the 2010 is .99 and the 2011 is the one that is like $11.

Yes, this year should only be 99cents. CRlightweight, if you have it on your phone then just follow the directions below. Right now there is a challenge to go against Jake Herbert and the league name is Igrappler.


Goes in about us section:
Fantasy:
You select your user name and League after you pick your team.
1st: select add new team
2nd: Find the tournament for select fantasy tournaments
3rd: Pick one guy per weight
4th: Pick a User Name, and a league name or use an existing league name to group up with your friends
5th: To be able to see the others in your group, On the fantasy home screen just type in your league name, no user name!! If you type your user name in it will only bring up your team!!
6th: An Hour before tournament starts changes will not be able to be made
7th: Have fun beating your teams

Scoring:

A wrestler can earn points for a tournament in 3 ways:
1. for each match, they can earn bonus points depending on how they win
For each fall = +2 points
For each Tech. fall = +1.5 points
For each Maj. Dec. = +1 point

2. Based on final placing they get assigned points:
1st place - 15 pts
2nd place - 12 pts
3rd place - 9 pts
4th place - 7 pts
5th place - 5 pts
6th place - 4 pts
7th place - 2 pts
8th place - 1 pt

3. Potential Bonus points for an underdog outperforming
Formula = (Seed Position) - (actual place) = bonus points
Example #5 seed takes 1st = +4 points
or #14 seed takes 8th = 6 points

Note, a wrestler taking a worse place than his seed, WON'T get negative
points. Just 0.
Example, if #1 seed takes 4th they get 0 bonus points for this, not -3
