I posted under the 2013 recruit topic more detail.
The short story:
He is a legit 6'1" and has a college ready body...looked like he could play another game after it was over.
Defensively, it was hard to tell how good he was until late in the 3rd and the 4th quarters. He made a couple really nice steals and blocked two three-point shots, one he took for an impressive dunk.
Offensively, he struggled in the first half, first quarter esepcially, but he ended up with 12 pts, he hit at least one of each shot: Dunk, Layup, 15 ft jumper and a three pointer, was 1-2 from the line, he has a nice relase point and great elevation on his shot.
The most impressive aspect of Clemmons is his overall athleticism. He was on the block going for a board, beside him was a 6-9 kid going to Kent State and Clemmons hands were higher at their peak. Lots of explosion off the floor and he is extremely fast with the ball and always looking for an open teammate. When he had pressure, there was no panic, he was always under control.
Clemmons struggled at times, but the team he was playing had something to do with it. He is for real.
