I understand the disappointment the team must feel heading into the Minnesota game. The most distressing thing was watching him get blown off the ball and not really caring at the end of the game when we needed a stop. They ran right at him.
At some point, you have to show some pride and man up.
When you are in the heat of battle, you should forget the records and what's on the line, and beat the guy in front of you and take it personally. He didn't.
If I were an NFL scout, this would disturb me and force me to shy away a bit. Granted, if he shows well in the combine...maybe it doesn't matter. I've always been a huge fan of his and have had trouble reconciling what I saw yesterday.
