WOW! This was powerful - had not seen it before. Like most Iowa fans, I remember what I was doing, and everything that happened the night he was killed. LOVED the comments by Fred Hoiberg - very classy, as were all the people who were interviewed for that. Thanks so much for sharing this.
 


What would be defined as unclassy and why the hell would that happen in a video about a college kid dying unexpectedly?

Hadn't seen it and it was beautiful.
Both amazing and devastating to remember. We went to all the home games that season. Beating UM was so so sweet. Like the world was right for awhile.

No problem guys. I moved out of state in 2004 and don't really get much in the way of local media coverage anymore, so was definitely pleased to find this.

It's amazing that 20+ years later that some stuff still stays with you. Definitely a powerful and emotional piece to watch.
