Check out furnace filter material for face mask material

My wife either read about this or checked it herself. Some of the best hepa filters work down to .3 microns or very small pores like surgical masks. My wife tore apart an extra filter and she started sewing masks.

Not sure how many she is going to make or whatever but perhaps check it out.

they need to have 3M or these companies start pumping them out or reconfigure operations to actually make masks!
Great idea.

An idea I had for a shortage of hosp rooms or beds is to turn hotels into hospital rooms. Everyone would be isolated and there would be a phone system set up down to the desk. Now, staffing it all could be a problem, but there are isolated rooms to be had.

Wife had hours cut, so she is sewing up some face masks today. Not sure how effective, but Hawkeye face masks are gonna be damn stylish............
