Charles Barkley needs to stick with NBA.

Charles brings a perspective similar to how he use to play the game. Attack right down the middle and knock you down, or that sweet fade away jump shot he had. The NBA even made the clear out play illegal because of Charles. - Kenny and Charles only have a few weeks to prepare for their CBS analysis of allot of college teams and players. The same could be said if you brought in Vern Lundquist and Bill Raferty to break down the NBA playoffs, coaches and players. Almost an insult. Charles does a pretty good job, Kenny as well.

Agreed. It pretty ridiculous to bring these guys who don't do college ball in at the end of the season, it is almost an insult to the audiences intelligence.
 


I have to say again that the round mound adds nothing , absolutely nothing to the halftime show.

Yesterday I could see his partner, I think it is Kenny Smith, just not laugh or smile or anything about what Sir Charles says.

Man, there has to be some better analysts for college bball that CB.

I like Barkley on talk shows, the haney golf project, and shows like that but not here
 


If the B1G got 4 in the final four, he would say that those were the only good teams and the rest of the league was terrible. He won't back down from his stupidity. He is just trolling anyway.

Is his tongue too big for his mouth or does he have gravel in there? He's pretty funny sometimes but maaaaan i remember when i learned how to enunciate in 3rd grade..
 


Yeah, Barkley went out on a very slim limb early and decided to denigrate the Big Ten as a basketball conference and now he's being forced to defend that opinion no matter what evidence to the contrary. It might behoove him to back up a bit and admit that maybe he might have misspoke. But knowing Barkley, he won't and instead will revel in every Big Ten loss from this point on as if it proves him correct. BTW, where are all his vaunted MWC teams?
 


Makes him look like a bball analyst genius if he just goes out on some super weak and long limb and is right but if he's wrong its no big deal.."he's an NBA guy"....well then stick to analyzing NBA d!pshizzle and mix in a damn banana or an apple once in awhile you giant beast. BTW, sir charles should NOT be wearing a skinny tie in those commercials he's in..makes him look tubbier than he already is.
 


Right charles seems like a whiner because he keeps getting stuff wrong. Just keeps complaining about things. Stick to breaking down the game and not getting ****** off when you pick it wrong and looking for excuses why you got it wrong.
 


I really do not like Barkley not cause what he said about the B1G, but because he's bad. I thought he was having an on air stroke last night.
 


Smart move by Barkley though, nobody would be giving attention to his comments had he said B1G would dominate. Sometimes it pays to go against the grain.
 


I agree with what everyone is saying. He's becoming more difficult to listen to each day. His bagging on the Big Ten is stupid.
 


Dude is having a bad weekend. Looked down right depressed after Indiana won. And the other guys are starting to give it to him a little bit too.

He also guaranteed that no more B1G teams would get into the Sweet 16.
 


I don't see how it is debatable that the Big 10 is the best conference. They have 4 top teams, what other conference can say this? I do agree the rest of the teams are not good, but with 4 elite teams that is far beyond anyone else.
