Changes we need to make:
1. Move welsh to LT
2. Bo bower replaced by mends
3. CJ must run football
4. Stop stupid penalties
5. Run the freakin ball more
6. Blitz
7. Play on d all the time with urgency
8. Akrum needs twenty touches
9. Use TE

Seems like simple stuff but our coaches refuse to adjust it seems

CJ needs to get rid of the ball quicker. He was responsible for at least half of the sacks against NW. On plays with deep routes, keep the TE in for extra protection. Defensively, I'm not sure the problems can get fixed. Very thin at safety, OLB, and DE. The DE's can get a pass rush once in a while. But, they can't collapse down and help with the run. Drew Ott and Nate Meier are greatly missed.

I think a big part of comparing this years struggles and last years success was the turnover margin. We're simply not getting the takeaways this year where as last year we were one of the nations leaders in turnover margin.
