Hope things work out for him. He did a good job at Loras, built a solid program after things got a little sleepy there. The stint at Iowa was probably a little deflating for him, but hopefully he can learn from it. Coaching D2 is a whole lot different than D3 and would probably be his biggest negative.

I wish nothing but the best for Chad and his family as well. This seems like a good fit for both parties and I had really hoped Chad would get this position. He did good work for us and has earned a reprieve from the hell of the last three seasons.
