CFB Playoff

Not saying you are wrong but what's that based on? Especially when you consider that Oregon is undefeated and ranked #1 in the country. Ohio St has only lost at Oregon and is ranked #2 in the country. Do you really think either Oregon or OSU would lose to Vanderbilt like Bama did?

Here’s a look at the full CFP Top 20 of Nov 15 with the various metrics: point differential against FBS competition (margin), FBS opponents’ combined winning percentage, record against FBS teams above .500, record against FBS teams of .500 or lower and record against the current Playoff Top 25.

Its become evident that there is only a financial reason to have a conference championship game. no other good reason exists.

The Little 12 and the ACC should only get one each. The SEC and Big should get 4 each. That leaves one spot for the Domers and the charity spot for Boise or whoever.

I don't agree with the OP. There is not a dominant team in college football this year. Everyone has warts. Michigan proved last year that the SEC is not infallible. The national title will be won by someone from the Big10 or SEC, but I would not venture a bit on who or which conference.
