I'm at the game to see my niece march in her final show, not cheering for either team. Wondering if there is anyone on either team to pay attention to? Any future Hawkeyes or D1 players? Sorry, I don't follow HS recruiting that much.
 
barkley hill or whatever his name is. He scores about 8 touchdowns a game for CF so someone must be looking at him!

Thanks guys. That will make the game a little more meaningful for me. If it interests anyone, ICW scored after blocking a punt and has pretty much been controlling the game so far.
 
All three players mentioned are already spoken for, i.e. not coming to Iowa.

What you should really be paying attention to are perhaps the two top underclassmen recruits in the state.

West WR Dondre Alexander is a junior and is the top prospect in the state next year.

Cedar Falls has a soph OL named Pierchbacher(sp) that might be the top recruit in Iowa for the class of 2014. Both are already receiving heavy interest from BCS teams.
 
Sure doesn't appear CF wants to win this game too bad. The players mentioned are fun to watch. Dondre looks the part, has an athletic build. ICW QB sure is wiley.
 
sorry just put together that the ICW QB is Rodgers. I don't have a program and you can't make out what the PA is saying in this place.
 
CF has played a fairly weak schedule thus far and rely HEAVILY on Hill. This is their first big test of the year and not doing too well at half, down 14-0. Without Hill and Harrington, this team would be pretty average 4A team, IMO.

Yes, I guess you are right to a degree. I think Hill is a REALLY good back and they rely on him tremendously, quite a bit more than Harrington. I wish Hill was going to Iowa rather than the other place.
