What's the cut off point? So if 5 consecutive years of 3 or fewer conference wins is mediocre, does a 6th tip you into bad territory?

My best guess is that he is looking at more than the conference W-L mark but rather the schedule as a whole..Due to mediocrity mark, with years of 7,5, and 6 wins....
