Carver actually has 42 rows, not 43. Every section has 42 rows. Majority of the sections start at row 1, but the few behind the hoop start at row 5.
The higher your row is, the more seats will be in that row. For example: In row 1 of section L, there are only 5 seats in that row. But row 42 has 23 seats in the row.
