You're right his highlights do remind me of wegher except it looks like he has better break away speed. Some of those defenders had great angles of attack, but he just out ran them! Time will tell.

Are you kidding???!!! Wegher was so awesome in the speed laden class 4A football in state of Iowa. That's why he was a 4 STAR and is now at Oklahoma.

Actually Wegher played in class 3A. Heelan switched from 4A to 3A a few years ago.

And to the previous poster asking if he can pick up the blitz, etc., he won't really have to. It's doubtful we'd use him in blitz pickup when we have 4 bigger backs. If he's in the game, he should be taking handoffs and running routes.
