I am with the group that prefers afternoon games. Doesn't bother me at all if Iowa plays all daytime games.

Well to each their own what they prefer themselves on going to or watching Iowa games. But the fact is having a night game once in awhile is what gets the national viewership from more fans on tv. More people are on their couches and man caves at 7 pm then 11 am or 230 pm. More eyes the better no matter how you slice it. The only thing worse then being on national tv and playing bad is not being on national tv and playing bad.
 
I don't care about how bad we were last year, Indiana shouldn't get 3 night games. Iowa deserved at least one of those, BigTen is dumb not to have hawks in primetime considering how many more people would watch an Iowa game over an Indiana game.
 
Unless it's a game worthy of primetime(Miami at Iowa in 92 or Ohio State at Iowa in 06), the novelty has worn off for me. Getting ready all day to watch a showdown of Iowa vs Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern, Western Michigan, etc....??? I'll pass. 2:30 kicks are ideal

Well, this thread is about not having BTN night games, which is not national TV. An ESPN 11am game has greater reach than a 6pm BTN game.
 
I wish the games started at 9:00 AM Eastern Time so that I could enjoy the game and have the rest of the afternoon to live my life.
