Can we sue for misrepresentation?

I think the coaching staff ought to make a disclosure at the beginning of the game. Along the lines of telling the fans, Look, the team's not really up for the game today. We didn't practice all that hard this past week. We figure our talent will get us through, but if it's a close one at the end, all bets are off.

That way, we don't have to make the emotional and time commitment to watching this piece of junk. It only seems fair, buyer beware at that point in time. Otherwise, I think we're getting defrauded. I feel duped, again.
