If they can't agree, then it goes to the conference for them to deal with it.

The good news is the stronger cells to the west have faded and all the heavy stuff should sink well south of Iowa City. Other flashy cells west of Cedar Rapids are moving east-northeast. There is now not much to the west of Iowa City... just a bit more of the super light rain and sprinkles with an occasional flash.
