Do you guys think Illinois get get there act together and beat Cincinnati in week 13 or do you think the Zooker and crew will have mailed it in completely by then. It would be nice if Cincinnati would be one of the teams with a loss.

I'd love for them to muster up an inspired win for the seniors, but just dont see them doing it. Maybe the Zooker can inspire them with one of his recruiting talks.

Zooker still needs to show something. He needs to get people in Illinois excited about something. Unless he aspires to a broadcasting career or coaching teams with 62 scholarships he has to show something. No way he mails anything in.

Can they get it done? I doubt it very much but there will be no laying down on the part of the staff to screw Iowa. There is too large of a disparity between the incomes of the Zooks of the world and the Farley's of the world.

By then? Zooker mailed it in about a month ago. No chance they beat Cincy.

Anyone else remember the reality show they were running last year on Illinois football team? Would have been much better if they taped it for this season.

No way in hell.

I hope Zook and crew have completely mailed it in. Same goes for Hope and Purdue. We need those two teams two finish at the bottom of the league. We can't be having Illinois knock of Michigan this week or Purdue going up and beating Wisky. We need losses by both these teams to finish out the year, with the exception of Cincy. There be nothing sweeter than for Juice and the boys to roll into Cincinnati and derail there season. They will be coming off a bye week before Illinois, which means two weeks for everyone to tell them how good they are and if they have a shot (assuming WV doesn't dash there hopes the week before). But to be realistic, very slim chance, but you got to think that Illinois' talented playmakers have ONE game in them this year, just hope they save it for the Bearcats.

Plus..... Would pretty much end the Big East, Big Ten argument for the year if Illini can pull the upset, wouldn't ya think?
