Calloway to Bills

Believe that still has us tied for 3rd with Texas and 'Bama. Florida has 9, and USC has 7.

I was really hoping he would fall another two spots to the Bears, but it sounds like Buffalo gives him a great chance to make the team and play. I think the Bears would have taken him if he was available.

I won't be holding my breath for the Bears to draft a Hawkeye. Only team in the Midwest that doesn't seem to get it.

Think about the ESPN coverage. Urban Meyer, Mac Brown, and Pete Carroll still a USC "face" getting cameo's. It's no wonder the Hawks face somewhat of an uphill recruiting battle to say nothing of the climate. I will say this tho... the gurus have been fawning over Amari, Tony, and Pat for where they were selected.

And Angelo will be out on his arse after next season, partially because he is only half as smart as Polian in drafting....get a clue,Jerry...grab some hawks!
I was really hoping that Calloway would go to the Bears in round 6.
Their line sucks, and is old....so they ignore it..dumb.

Maybe they'll just go out and sign another old broken down retread like Orlando Pace.

I see them signing someone, hopefully Alan Faneca, but someone like Pace is much more likely. Although Angelo and Lovie have to go big or they will be done after this year. We shall see.

Great draft for the Hawks and these athletes who have worked so hard too get into the NFL. I am sure coach Ferentz feels very proud this morning and really looking forward too another great season of Iowa football.
Six total Hawks!!!
