The podcaster mentioned Aaron Graves and Drew Stevens as potential guys that could benefit from it? The comment is that Stevens wouldn't benefit as much since he likely would have NFL opportunities but the seemed to think if it is passed that maybe someone like Graves (if properly compensated) would help his draft stock for the 2027 draft?
