Bulls to hire Thibodeau

It seems like a solid hire. Certainly makes more sense than Del Negro did. Everything I've read says he's highly regarded by the people he has worked for which is a good sign. He'll be okay I think, but it doesn't really matter who they hire only who they bring in during free agency.

Very highly regarded league-wide. He was given much of the credit for Boston winning the 2008 title because of his defensive schemes, and work ethic in the film room. Many people think Rivers will not return to Boston after this season, so it surprises me that TT took Bulls job w/o waiting to see what Doc will do. The Bulls job is actually probably a better job than the Celtics job is, moving forward. Especially if the Bulls sign James, Bosh or any other big FA to play w/ Rose and Noah.
 
I'd love to see James get signed along with Bosh. Might be a pipe dream, but man could you imagine the Bulls next season if that waas done. I'd be pumped!
 
I like the hire. He is a NBA lifer,who has a great reputation. Like Skiles,Franks...a coaches coach. Good with the players also. Kobe talks of working with him as a 16 year old and credits him with his development.

Now, hopefully, that Leon Rose agency that reps both Lebron and Thibodeau comes thru. Best case: Sign and trade for Bosh...moving Hinrich and Deng for Bosh,and then F/A signing of Lebron....and a vet exemption signing of Ray Allen...sweet!!!
Rose,Allen,Lebron,Bosh and Noah,with Taj Gibson,Brad Miller,James Johnson, and draftee James Anderson (Ok.St) off the bench. Find a journeyman pg to back up Rose and go out and win a title next year!

Have you seen what Ray Allen has done this postseason? He will be banking more than the mid-level exception.

All you need is LeBron. if the Bulls get him, then him and D Rose are enough to win it all
