Bullock and Lowery out today?

Evidently, a media member tweeted that Bullock and Lowery did not even travel to East Lansing,as reported on TOS. Might be only a rumor,which I hope is not true.

If true, not good. We need all hands on deck!

Concussions are very tricky but I though that Bullock was cleared.
Lowery's injury? Is it an ankle?
