Whats the Iowa landscape? So we should only go after people who've either coach at Iowa, or lived in Iowa, or had a parent coach at Iowa?

Having Iowa ties doesn't automatically make him a good basketball coach.

As far as recruiting, how can you say that? Whats he done that makes him a good recruiter? He's had one really good season.
