one reason the NCAA is sending a msg to teams about playing teams in the lower conferences,
but they use the RPI as a reason to penalize them on being left out or giving them lower seeds,
by doing this it is a catch 22, if a team plays the lower tier conference teams,
what do they want?
if they want teams to play the lower midmajors its time to eliminate the RPI as a measuring stick
i find it surprising that a 14-4 Washington and a regular season Champion of the Pac 12 conference which is a BCS and a so called super 6 conference, can get left out.
