Boyle and Young

lets hope they took their redshirt off for more than punt coverage. Smith has shown he has a hard time getting open and Scheel is still an unknown that has a hard time staying healthy. if this team wins more than 6 games someone or two is going to have to step up big. And our offensive line better start protecting

Awesome points. Surprised nobody has pointed these out by now.

There has been plenty discussion about Boyle, well and Scheel. I think Young is the one we will really see in the mix and making the most strides from this opportunity. I think he grows the most from this.

I won't be shocked either way, if they play, or if KF keeps them on the bench.

We don't really have a lot of choices right now. If you're going to pull the RS off of a player, then play him. Boyle had some success in the camps, so why not see if it translates to the games.

It really comes down to how they practice. If no good, then no chance.

They're burning Boyle's redshirt? What color was it last year?

I have a feeling Nash is next man in... He's got nice size and seemed to account himself pretty well in the spring. KF spoke of him a little now so that's my guess. Somebody will sure need to step up. I have no preference at all just somebody start making plays and make CJs job easier

Meant to say why burn the RS off of Young if he's only gonna play the first game, and special teams? We did this with Kennan Davis too.

I think Nash is the next one in too. He's got that "good story" that KF loves, and he seems to have gotten on the field more than Young, and obviously Boyle.

We need to see what these kids can do. Any sort of spark that can be provided will help. Unfortunately our offense is so complicated it's just too hard for FR to see the field....exception being Stanley
