You can’t take away 5 shooters. Someone has to be left open and that guy is hitting everything. This happens once or twice a year. Purdue is good and lucky tonite. Have you ever seen Iowa Iowa mess up so many Layups or get beaten to so many loose balls? So many rub screens, Iowa not getting out on the shooters. Iowa just missing now, Purdue is on fire again. This is a perfect storm game. Flush it and move on. It’s just one loss, like DePaul.

All we can hope for at this point. I expect to lose on the road, I don’t expect this kind of effort while doing it. It was pathetic, but tired legs? Seems like we’ve had a lot of games in row at this point and it’s not the first time I’ve seen a decent Iowa team get blown out on the road. Iowa wins Saturday and they are in the exact same shape I expected them to be.
