We don't have a good defense. We rarely get up into opposing players like Purdue is doing to us. Purdue had so many uncontested shots and when we did move up into them they drove it right past us. Sad

2) A chance to rest. Seriously, this game is gonna be meaningless in a week. What’s the diff of losing by 15, 25, 30? Absolutely nothing.

Concede it. Play ur scrubs and rest ur studs. Given the limited options, Iowa is gonna need it down the road.

I’m 100% serious. If Fran has Garza, Joe Wies, CJ in past the first 5 of the second half, he’s foolishly burning legs and risking injury in a lost cause. That’s just being a stubborn dumbfuck.

Do like MLB 4-5 games a year. Put in your utility infielder to pitch the last 2 innings, you are down 12, why waste the bullpen. Scrub time! They can't do worse, statistically.

LOL 12 3's for Purdue. I've never seen a team shoot out of their minds like this. Of course a shitty 3 point shooting team like Purdue is going insane against us. Purdue wasn't looking likely to make the NIT and they're running us out of the gym like we're a high school team. Just a pathetic performance from these guys. CJ and Weiskamp are playing scared. Garza somehow has zero rebounds. This is the worst basketball performance from an Iowa team in as long as I can remember. We don't deserve to make the NCAA tournament after this. There's no fucking excuse for playing this fucking bad.

At least it isn't our first rodeo.

I have never been a hard liquor person, especially whiskey.
