A great victory at home in the UC tonight in a pivotal game five! Big Byfuglien came up big with a four point night (2G,2A) and finally shutting that asshat Chris Pronger up. Nice to see the team come alive, and kudos to the Moustache for having the cahones to bust up the lines a bit. It seemed to energize the team, and they played their best game of the playoffs. Now, we need just one more win, and Lord Stanley's Cup comes home. One game, one team...ONE GOAL!!! Let's go Hawks!

I had literally never watched a hockey game before last night. That was one of the most entertaining games I have ever watched, regardless of sport. I really enjoyed it.

That was definitely a weird ending. It was sort of deflating, because it took a bit to realize that was in fact the Stanley Cup winning goal by Kane. But still.

And how about Jeremy Roenick, getting teared up at the Blackhawks winning after he came so close himself back in '91-'92.
