Does this mean Iowa won't be included with Midnight Madness? Seems like all the big schools are working with the ESPN family of networks to get coverage on October 12th. Why wouldn't they do this event that day?

We're only now, just back. You have to start at 8PM, and work your way back to midnight.

bumpity bumpin' this post in case folks haven't seen it but still want to catch the action tomorrow night

Sounds like fun and wish I could be there but it's a bit of a commute from Atlanta, Georgia.

So is this streamed somewhere? If not, why not. I'd pay $2.99 for a single time, one charge legal stream that works.

With condolences to dufferman and his bad experiences with the internet, streaming and on-going charges.

If that's the case I would not expect a $2.99 one time charge as they will probably want to milk every penny they can get out if it.

I am not a lawyer and only took a few business law courses during my college days, but private entities profiting off of a school that receives state funding has always left a question of the legality of such arrangements when public tax dollars are involved in funding said schools. Maybe no one has ever raised the question before or filed and official complaint. It only seems logical that if the athletes or schools are receiving scholarships or funds that are funded in part or fully by tax dollars then how can it be leagal to come back and stiff tax payers more money to watch athletes who wouldnt be on a team if they werent being partially or totally funded by the tax payers of the city, county, or state? I am not saying it is so but merely asking some of you with more in depth leagal backgrounds about this issue? Could said entities be forced to make a decision to stop receiving public funding?

I have solved the Rubik's cube three times since trying to solve the mystery of watching this event online... Can anyone assist? Is it "at cost" on the BTN Digital Network because it isn't listed as an upcoming event. Any help out there?
