I wish they would do away with that rainbow colored whatever it is in the middle of the floor. It doesn't make any sense to the normal viewer and the color scheme just looks odd. The rainbow color just reeks of weakness. It doesn't go with the "BIG10" that is on each free throw lane and is black and blue, which I DO LIKE. I think the middle thing should be changed to a black and blue scheme to match or something else.

Anyway, center court just looks dumb, IMO.
 


I'm talking this Fugly azz thing. Dumb. Doesn't coordinate or even make sense.

I believe its supposed to be, but they took some huge liberties with some schools. For example Iowa is Gold and...gray? Penn State is blue and baby blue? Michigan state is Green and turquoise?

I think they went for aesthetically pleasing over actual colors...there's no real maroon for the Gophers and I have no idea who the Red/Yellow team is...it looks like the cyclones.

He also had to redo the WHOLE DAMN THING when Rutgers and maryland joined. I bet the conversation went something like this:

"Hey Rick, we need you to add two additional weird flower petal/banner things to our shitty tournament logo, we'll give you another $100k to add to the masterpiece"

First, I did not a that it was supposed to be the colors of member schools.

Second, total failure on colors

Third, absolute failure on aesthetically pleasing. Looks like a pinwheel reproduced inside itself and puked up red and more red as primary color.
 














Let's get rid if the whole "B1G" thing while we're at it, too. Yeah, I'm one of those guys.. If you have to explain the logo to people, then it's a terrible idea IMO.. I still don't understand what it means, to be honest, and yeah I realize I could google it.

Not sure who came up with the conference logo and this pinwheel logo, but... Yikes. Terrible.

Get something that's instantly recognizable as saying BIG TEN. Just my two bits.
 




One thing it makes glaringly obvious is that the Big Ten has way to many teams with red as their base color. I count 7 of them...OSU, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Rutgers, Indiana, Nebraska, Maryland.

To balance it they should just kick Nebraska out
