Yes, the Big East certainly does have a variety of styles that the Big Ten does not.
Of course,next year they will have 18 schools in their bb conference while the Big Ten will have 12,so I guess that does make sense.
I am fine with Iowa and IU being the teams who are different...that can give Iowa an edge if other teams are not seeing their type of uptempo ball very often,once we get the horses.
I would argue that NW plays uniquely,as does Wisky,but different from each other.
MSU can play fast and slo. Same with OSU. Tubby likes to run up in Minny,when he has the horses.
The Big Ten has a great collection of coaches....so I do not buy this theory. I will say that Louisville,Cuse,and some of the other Big East schools have longer,more athletic,quicker,higher rated players...that is the problem.
