big ten beats four of the top 15 teams..

I was just getting ready to post this same thing. The Big Ten beat the #7, #9, #12 and #15 teams and will end the year with 3 teams in the top 10 with 11 wins. No other conference can even come close to this, so this should end the talk about how "weak" the Big Ten is.

You're right, it SHOULD, but somehow it won't.
Faygs like jessie palmjobber and loo hlotz will go on teevee tomorrow and talk about how the BIG TEN was lucky. The bowl matchups "favored" the Big Ten. The Big Ten opponents were "injured" and "not motivated" because facing a Big Ten team in a bowl is a let-down.
I guess if we're looking for vindication and satisfaction, we should probably look elsewhere. It's a shame.

There will be some people lining up to tell why the Big Ten is not as good as the SEC or whatever conference, but we put it to them this year! Hopes are that we start next year with a top 10 ranking which if we take care of business gives us a shot at being in the title hunt. Can't say enough about Norm's defense this year and hope he is around for many more! How about Seantrel Henderson coming to Iowa to help shore up a line that will need some help next year! Seantrel, you would be a great addition to our title hopes!
Great year for the hawks, and the Big 10. All the Jessie and all the ESPN pendants can take their slow Big 10 stuff back to Florida .... 3 teams with 11 win and probably in the top 10. 4 with 10 wins in the top 15... Yeah weak conference... As for Seantrel, not going to happen. But if he wanted to learn to be an NFL lineman he would come to Iowa.
