UNI would get the visitor's payout. But I doubt the state would then decrease their subsidy for the year.

The fact that Kirk/Gary both think it is okay to schedule FCS teams says A LOT about them . . . a cynical ploy to guarantee that 7th win. A win which is contractually worth more than 2 million dollars.

Except with Kirkball, it's not necessarily a guaranteed win.
