Big 12 Sucking??? K-State also

There are a lot of really good players all over the place. Maybe they need to lower the schollie number to 75 a team to even things out a little more and stop the blue bloods.

I LOVE rooting against the B12. What a joke. One good team in the conference each year, yet that team always plays in the national playoff. Must be nice.

I'd take it down 65 for the big schools, 50 for FCS. The problem is that once NIL comes into being, the scholly limits might not matter. Good luck beating out Oregon if Phil Knight can offer a kid a shoe deal when he's 18.

Oklahoma has gotten trounced in the playoffs pretty much every time they've gone except that year they drew Georgia and it would up a gunfight at the end.

What is the NIL? payments to players?

Name, image and likeness. It's the thing that lets college athletes get paid by 3rd parties. It will firmly entrench a handful of blue bloods as forever dominant. Teams with a handful of rich alums that own consumer facing businesses are going to be able to stockpile talent. It could theoretically render scholarships irrelevant. If OSU has enough rich fans who will spend anything to win titles, they could buy off guys like Ricky Stanzi to keep them from going to places like Iowa.

ESPN said their was like a 2% chance going into the game that both ISU and KSU would lose. Not a great look Big 12. Not great at all.. haha

haha, wow, just saw lowly K-state, loser in a big upset last week, comes from behind on the road to beat OU. Big 12 favorite is already on the way down. I saw a mid to late 3rd qtr score was 28-14 sooners so again "where's the Dee" at OU a place that used to have great defenses. And their head coach Riley iirc has got to be feeling some heat

What do you get when you cross breed a clown and a horn frog?

I'd hate be a fan of the team that Oklahoma plays next week. Not because they might get killed, but because I have a big enough belly button.

I hope if Oklahoma goes undefeated from now through the end of the schedule they do not make the playoffs again.

LOL.

Lincoln Riley is feeling zero heat. He's won the conference every year since he took over, made the playoff every year since he took over, and has a brand new $46 million dollar contract.

This isn't Nebraska.

Oklahoma ain't giving their coach an ultimatum for losing two games to K-State.
