It's a travesty in more ways than one when the refs are getting 4 figures per game plus expenses and the players are getting nothing.
On top of that the NCAA has really poor referee training, on-going evaluations and not very specific and working rules for the "refs" to "rule" on.
It's another.... huge, on-going problem in the NCAA for the BIG 2 FB and BB NCAA "student-athletic" sports that make billions of dollars for the NCAA, the schools, coaches and the administrators and the kids get nothing... and more often than not , in-consistent and homer rules, rules-making, rules enforcement and in game referring.
Perfect though to prepare the "student-athletes" for the real world... for the un fair world... for the cruel world... that's all about the benjamins.
