I use TuneIn radio and search for Iowa Hawkeyes football. Works good fir me.

Yes Tunein radio is a good online app.

But whatever online app you use, it will be broadcasting the Learfield Sports Network and Iowa sports radio broadcast of the game with Gary Dolphin announcing, and Mershmen Seeds the sponser.
