Agree that the crowd (especially the student section) really came through on tv. Been to Carver many, many times in the past and yes, Carver can get loud ... Many people liked to say Carver was like a coffin ... But that was because of the product on the floor ... Iowa fans love their Hawkeyes and fans have been waiting to have a winner again on the bball court ... Great support by the fans tonight and kudos to the students. Goes to show how big of impact students can have on a game and how they can impact the entire environment. I recommend in the future simply blocking out XX number of seats for the students and letting them in for free every game. Maybe do some type of lottery .. Anywho jumping the gun ... But Carver was back to rocking like it should be ... Great win ... Great environment (at least through the television) ...
