Being the Underdog or Being Favored...

Horrible scenario based on our past record. Never a good outcome when we go into a game being favored. We always seem to find ways to fold. How will this be different...

Haven't we been favored in 6 of our 7 games this year? They had good outcomes. Not really sure what you're getting at.

I don't see Iowa losing at home. So that puts more pressure on Maryland, Purdue and Minnesota. Three teams that would only have a marginal chance on their own respective fields.

Of the road games, Indiana has upset Iowa before. But they don't have much of a defense. Iowa's run game should keep them busy. Then it's home for two games before finishing up the regular season at Nebraska.

Nebraska can cause Iowa problems. Iowa rolls into Lincoln 11-0 and the only team that can spoil that is the Huskers, which they would love to do. They have talent and an experienced QB. But who knows what they will be like when they have lost 3 or more conference games? Could be a tough game or a blow out.
