Well if I remember correctly he said Wisconsin put all their effort into trying to win the B1G and get to the tournament, I do not think they put any emphasis on winning once they get there.

I think Wiscy reverted to their pre-conference, trying-to-find-out-what-kind-of-team-we-have form.
I can't EVER remember a Bo Ryan-coached Wisconsin fall apart so thoroughly like the Badgers did in the last 12+ minutes of that game. Almost unbelievable.

Wisconsin was the frickin' luckiest team in college basketball this year. The luck finally ran out.
He's attempting to make fun of Iowa fans. He thinks we complain to much. Like cyclone fans don't complain too.

They certainly had their share of luck. But "luck" doesn't make the Wisconsin we saw in the preseason/non-conference become the 4th-seeded team in the BTT. Coaching and good execution play a major part.
That's why I am so shocked at their meltdown. With 12+ minutes left they had an 8-point lead and the game was looking exactly like a Wisconsin-type of game. I honestly can't remember a time I have seen them fall apart so completely. Bo Ryan Wisconsin teams just don't fall apart like that.
This nailed it. There was some luck involved, but you don't go 12-6 in today's B10 running on luck alone!
I still hate the B/Vadgers though.
They were extremely lucky to win at least 2 games. Without a half court shot and a lucky bounce around and in 3, we would be seeded ahead of them in the btt.
