BCS changes could go beyond the 2-team limit?

It sounds like some just plain like the idea of dropping the AQ altogether.

As the article points out, this would have been great for the Big Ten last year: it would've meant 3 teams in. This year, however? It could mean that the Big Ten would be completely shut out.

The Big East and probably ACC wouldn't like this at all, as they're most at risk of not getting any teams to a BCS bowl. The SEC would be drooling, as they would likely regularly get 3, maybe even 4 teams in.
