BCS and Big Ten??

This might sound stupid but....

Does the winner of the big ten championship game automatically go to the BCS like the big 12's does. In that case if iowa runs the table and goes to the championship and wins and they are still only ranked like 15th (not at all saying this is gonna happen, cause in all likelyhood it's not) will they get a BCS berth?

B1G Championship Game winner is an auto lock for a BCS game (Rose Bowl), no matter their record or rank.
